This policy explains what personal data Vorexa collects, why, and what rights you have over it. It applies to visitors of vorexa.co.uk.
Who we are
(“Vorexa”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at hello@vorexa.co.uk.
What we collect, and why
Contact form
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. We don’t add you to any mailing list because you contacted us.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time; every email includes a link to do so.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs technical information for every visit — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used for security and troubleshooting, not to identify individuals, and is retained only as long as needed for those purposes.
Comments
Comments are currently disabled on this site. If we enable them in future, this policy will be updated to explain what’s collected and how it’s handled.
Legal basis for processing
We process contact form and newsletter data on the basis of your consent (you chose to submit the form or subscribe), which you can withdraw at any time. We process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functioning correctly.
How long we keep data
Contact form submissions: [X months/years, e.g. 12 months, then deleted]. Newsletter subscriber data: for as long as you remain subscribed, deleted promptly after you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; restrict or object to processing; and receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email hello@vorexa.co.uk.
You also have the right to complain to the UK’s data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), though we’d appreciate the chance to resolve any concern directly first.
Cookies
See our Cookie Policy for details on the cookies this site uses.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
